Who We Are

The Pass Community Foundation (PCF) is a catalyst for sustainable growth and community empowerment in the San Gorgonio Pass region of Southern California. Dedicated to fostering economic mobility, supporting affordable living, and advancing education and workforce opportunities, we are committed to creating an inclusive community where all residents thrive with dignity. Rooted in the principles of equity, intersectional justice, and collaboration, we address the unique challenges of our region through place-based solutions.

Our foundation is built on the belief that meaningful, community-driven change starts from within. We partner with local residents, businesses, and leaders to identify and address the most pressing needs in our area, from economic development to environmental sustainability. With a focus on social justice and eliminating systemic inequalities, we prioritize initiatives that enhance the well-being of historically marginalized communities.

Although PCF is a growing organization, our pledge to transparency, accountability, and environmental responsibility ensures that we stay true to our mission. Through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts, we aim to inspire a future where the San Gorgonio Pass region is a thriving hub of opportunity, innovation, and community well-being.

As we continue to expand, the Pass Community Foundation remains committed to being a trusted force for positive change, striving to build a more just, sustainable, and prosperous future for all residents.

Collaboration within the San Gorgonio Pass Region

We’re proud to work alongside organizations based in the Pass region, providing workforce development, educational enrichment, case management, and other essential programs. These solid partnerships allow us to strengthen our collective impact for residents across the region, ensuring they have the resources, training, and opportunities needed to thrive.
